Composite cards are typically a PVC/Polyester blend and used when you need more durable badges.  Composite cards are more resistant to cracking and bending.  They are great it you are using a retransfer or laminating printer.  These cards are more heat resistant and will avoid ‘bowing’ when run through the laminating process.  This composite cards are graphic quality and do not have any edges or spurs that can damage the print head.  All the cards are inspected and are free of dust particles, debris and defects that might jeopardize the print quality.
